• Talking Maths in Public

  A hybrid conference for an audience of maths communicators. Many attendees were academics in UK higher education but there were a significant number of attendees from other backgrounds. Many attendees disclosed access requirements, including impaired mobility; impaired vision; impaired hearing; caring responsibilities for a breastfeeding child; autism; dietary requirements.

• Linguistics Association of Great Britain (LAGB)

  An annual meeting of a professional association for linguists.

• NEPG

  An internal university conference for postgraduate students.

• Technician’s Partnership Conference (TPC)

  A practitioner conference for technicians which runs annually, and which is held at Newcastle University every other year.

  The one-day conference is free to attend and is funded via charging exhibitors to display and demonstrate equipment of relevance to technicians.
